A Voix Basse

This wine was aged in small French and American oak barrels for 30 months. Due to the extended aging time, it is a very elegant wine with refined tannin structure and a full body. This wine will pair nicely with just about any red meat; however gamier meats such as lamb and venison will create an even better tasting experience.

Aging this wine is not necessary, however cellaring for a few years might very well enhance it.
