Late Harvest Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc
In the Sauterne region of France, beautifully balanced barrel aged sweet wines are created. This is Bill's homage to one of his favorite places and styles of wine. Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc have been used for hundreds of years to create pleasing well balanced Late Harvest wines. This wine starts off with ripe apple aromas and then opens up to hints of pears and apricots. Great with bleu cheese.
